as anypony who looks at my current featured deviations can tell, i have taken to modifying some of the new My Little Ponies into characters of my own design. i personally think i'm alright at doing it and my girlfriend has poked and prodded me relentlessly that i should offer commissions so if anypony is interested i can try to work something out for an OC commission. it's tentative at the moment and dependent on my current supply of ponies (which is somewhat limited) but i've been encouraged to give it a try.

good lord it's been forever since i put anything up. i feel so ashamed. it's for a reason (i won't say a good reason because honestly it's not). i've been fighting depression for a long while and ever since september it's just been winning. i've been going from one medication to another trying to find something that can kick me into gear and i haven't managed much at all. when i was at my worst was when i wrote the best scenes from Darkness Descends and Twilight's Gloom. i've tried very hard to recapture that with some pieces i've been doing but nothing seems to come close in my mind. i feel as if i've lost the part of me that can write thi

finally i managed to get the sequel to Darkness Descends up and online. it took a heck of a lot of effort. i actually began writing it while i was finishing Darkness but i wasn't satisfied with the way the characters were developing and after a lot of fussing around i discarded it and started again. the first version is hanging around somewhere on my computer but i doubt that I'll ever let it see the light of day. it was terrible and had a very cliche ending. anyway I'm glad it's up and maybe i can steamroller on with something else in the writing department.
